1) Fees
The following fee schedule applies to all courses and programs currently offered by The Reynolds Institute.

A. The Assessment Center.
Each applicant for a district minister’s license must participate in the assessment process, which includes pre-testing on the Saturday afternoon immediately following the District Assembly and the Assessment Weekend held the last weekend of September. The fee for the assessment process is $330.00. The fee includes the tests and the weekend event for both candidate and spouse.

B. Application for Admission
Before taking any courses in Reynolds Institute an Application for Admission is to be completed. There is a $50.00 admission fee to be paid when the application is submitted.

C. Course Work
If a student chooses to participate in the course of studies offered by The Reynolds Institute the tuition for each class will be $270.00. (See Payment plan below for details.) The fee for a student who wants to audit a course (no credit) is $100 per course. A student (or auditor) will be invoiced for each class individually (even when registering for multiple classes).

D. Course Changes, Dropping Courses

1. If a course is cancelled by Reynolds Institute, the student may transfer the tuition paid to another course to be taken at any time, or may receive a refund of the tuition.

2. A student may cancel registration in a course without penalty, if notice is given at least two weeks before the published date of the course, and may receive credit or refund for any tuition paid for that course.

3. If a student cancels any course thirteen days or less before the first class or drops the course at any time before the class meets a second time, s/he will be assessed one/half of the tuition.

4. A student is required to pay full tuition when s/he drops a course at the time of the second class or later. If the class is in intensive format, full tuition will be owed if the class is dropped anytime after the beginning of the first class.

2) Payment Plan
